Being a certified CPCS and NPORS training provider, our main objective is to help employers participating in the CITB Levy programme achieve full safety compliance with the latest operator training standards. Short course grants are available upon successful completion of vehicle operator training courses that adhere to approved construction-related standards, or to approved standards currently in development.CITB is updating its plant training standards through three phases, from December 2024 to December 2025, to standardise plant operator training across the UK construction industry.
These new short-course training standards have been developed to reflect industry needs, with updated durations and ratios for both novice and experienced operators, and they now include practical and theory assessment time as part of the training process. These changes were developed in collaboration with industry working groups to produce competent, work-ready operators, and are supported by CITB short duration grants to assist employers in covering the costs of compliant training.Aurelia is here to support you in every step of this process and we will help you:
