Established in 2002, Bury St Edmunds-based JK Construction (East Anglia) Ltd delivers groundworks and civil engineering contractor services to construction projects across East Anglia.

JK Construction’s work originated in agricultural grain stores, such as ground preparation and external hard standings, but has since diversified to support residential housebuilding projects, local builders, and private clients. Today, JK Construction’s in-house team combines with a bank of regular subcontractors, delivering reliable, high-quality groundworks across the region.

Kevin Earp, Director of JK Construction, joined the business in 2009 during a handover period that allowed the original founder to retire. He acquired the company in 2020 and continues to build on the company’s strong local reputation.
