PSS Case Study

With a team of almost 200 people, PSS Utilities provides specialist wastewater services, emergency response, tankering and jetting, CCTV surveys, and many other utility solutions to their client base across commercial, industrial, and domestic projects. As part of the Adler & Allan Group they work with their clients to reduce environmental risk and help manage asset and achieve key sustainability targets.

With PSS working across many different sectors and with a client base that includes major water companies, their entire team needs to undertake training in line with the training programmes and matrices provided by their clients.

The Civils team of PSS utilises Aurelia for their operator training courses which include Excavator 360, Lifting Operations, Forward Tipping Dumper Slinger/Signaller, Banksman and Pallet Truck. The training is predominantly delivered at Aurelia’s accredited training centre on the Suffolk/Cambridge border but there are also occasions where the Aurelia assessor team visits PSS at either of their offices in Suffolk or Essex to complete the training.
